Crew Management

Fisser & v. Doornum offers the supply of crew for all types of vessels. Crew costs are not varying during the period of the contract, due to the agreement is based on a lump sum. Fisser & v. Doornum takes over the risk of supplying qualified crew for the vessel within the agreed lump sum.

Fisser & v. Doornum always careful take in consideration, that each vessel has its own crew specification, and it is our profession to select very qualified seamen, which is a result of years of experience . In order to ensure this selection of very qualified seamen we are contracted to crewing agencies in Manila, Gdynia, Rijeka , Odessa and St.Petersburg. Additional we are cooperating with other international crewing agencies.
